The price range of these homes range from $375,000 to the mid $500's, and include discounts ranging from $30,000 to $85,000 per home and cash back at closing ranging from $4,000 to $8,000.  Square footage on these homes range from the 3,000's to over 6,000 and all but 2 are 2-story homes.  These homes are in a gated community.

Live at the Plaza in Town Square, "The New Pioneers" play original western songs from the 30's and 40's. The New Pioneers are a group of musicians who grew up with a fondness for the western group Sons of the Pioneers and have patterned their music after them since they began. This concert is free!
