If you drive down Burney Road, near St. Theresa Catholic Church, you might be familiar with the vacant lot on the corner of Harmon and Burney. Its the lot right next to that newly built home at 919 Burney listed currently for $1,395,000.

According to the agent listing the vacant lot, the builder will have a home on it by December 31, 2012, so you have plenty of time to make moving plans. The agent states the home will be within walking distance to the new Skeeter's baseball stadium. The master bedroom is 1150 square feet, which is all by itself bigger than 7 entire homes listed for sale in Sugar Land today, that is a big bedroom! Next time you drive down Burney, picture a home twice as big as the one at 919 Burney, the listing indicates it is just that, at over 10,000 square feet!
